Crone's Corner - Strawberry Cooler
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Strawberries
20 lemon balm or verbena leaves
2 tbsp. rosemary leaves
1 bottle of sparkling grape juice or wine
Wash, hull and slice strawberries. Finely chop the herbs. Mix strawberries, herbs and juice in a glass container, with a tight fitting lid. Shake mixture well. Refrigerate for at least one day, shaking it occasionally. Strain into a pitcher through a sieve lined with cheese cloth. Serve cold and garnish with an herb leaf in each glass.
